Life usually goes in waves and the challenges of everyday life leave us little time to think about what we want and where our path should go.
Old behavioral patterns, values and beliefs that no longer correspond to our current life additionally slow us down.
People feel increasingly stressed and under pressure, have anxiety attacks and experience all kinds of physical and psychological stress.
